Thank you for this feedback. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience with the compensation structure. As you mentioned, being part of our team means the opportunity to work from home, as well as enjoy a flexible schedule. Our compensation model reflects this -- allowing team members to identify a case load that works for them with respect to income and hours, while also rewarding efficiency through a bonus system. That said, we're aware some folks need guidance from time to time or have unique circumstances. We're always willing to discuss these situations individually and feel strongly that the sooner questions are addressed, the sooner we can make sure everyone's taking full advantage of the model. Specific suggestions on how we can improve are welcome too, so feel free to send any thoughts to me directly at the email below. Best regards, Jelena Virijevic, VP of Client Services Jelena.virijevic@q-centrix.com

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
