Pros

- No Drama - Work From Home - Good Benefits - Good pay and bonuses

Cons

- You are paid per case, so if the facilities you work for run out of cases - you do not get paid! You need to budget wisely, to plan for these downtime's. You can supplement with PTO, if you have any accrued.

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
