Some team members are very helpful and if you put your all in you can be very successful.
Cons
The job seemed to be the most important thing in all of the employees’ lives. Many of the employees felt they couldn’t leave their desks for lunch because of their numbers. The owner of the company was missing his child’s sports games to gain an another client.
