      -Pay is great -Benefits are nice

      -The wrong people are put into management positions, putting a toxic cloud over what would actually be a good team/work environment. -Not diverse enough for the audience it represents -Retailiation by management against female employees who report to HR.

      News Management at Q13 actually cares about content and doing good stories. They are also very concerned with employee safety, which matters more now due to the hostility towards news media.

      Cons

      Being sold to Nexstar, which likely means layoffs and unnecessary frugality. Lowest paying station in the market for photographers, likely due to being the only non-union station.
