Snacks and somewhat flexible work hours

The work is support of outdated, couple of decades old buggy software. Lack of adequate training. Luck of proactive management. Management is based on suppression and applying pressure tactics. Particular incompetent people are extremely well tolerated. Often it is required to work on 10 or more active projects simultaneously and meanwhile to respond to 10 project managers that don't make a difference between software and banana. Luck of coordination between in project managers.
