Pros
No plus point to discus. If any chance somebody joins it will have problem. No one to take care for problems. I used to keep reminding of my problems but no hr and no manager helped me.
Cons
At junior level here is highly no concern for people. Hr and manager get no time for junior staff. Even if we resign no question like why we want to leave.
