Pros
benefits are great and varied, 401k matching is incredible, flexible with some employees, casual work environment, overtime is available most of the time for those that want it
Cons
Management is all new and has no clue what they are doing or what their employees do, they do not listen to long time employees, there is no employee value, everyone is replaceable and it has become a revolving door, female employees are disregarded
