Pros
Besides a couple of decent co-workers, I can't think of any pros at all.
Cons
Management is made up of a tight little clique, mostly members of the same family. Outside of that circle, you're treated like a child, and made to feel as though you needed to be in a state of constant eternal gratitude for them having hired you.
The facility was in horrifyingly poor shape. The bathroom was never cleaned, there were leeches crawling up the urinal. No hot water. In the winter, they never cleared the ice from the walk to the parking lot. All this was on one side of the building. The side where the owner came in and out was always cleared and clean.
There's far too much to tell. The atmosphere here was straight-up TOXIC. They hired grossly unqualified people to head up depts they'd had zero training for or experience in. A dopey shop guy suddenly becomes Human Resources. The Marketing manager had NO marketing experience. The President of the company hired people like he was running a business out of a garage. It was a mess.
