Poor communication and follow up from management. Leadership out of touch with employees and unwilling to listen. They ask for feedback from employees annually but get defensive when the feedback is poor and seem incapable of making positive changes.
Leadership team is toxic. Empty promises and gaslighting are normal. Favouritism is rampant. The perks and bonus are not as described in the interview/onboarding. Constant turnover. It’s like trying to work for someone with out of control narcissistic personality disorder.
