Pros

- Work Culture when i joined qmetry was great.

Cons

Having spent a considerable amount of time within the confines of QMetry, it's disheartening to witness the gradual erosion of what once promised to be a dynamic and thriving workplace. However, the reality paints a starkly different picture. Micro-management has become the modus operandi, suffocating any semblance of autonomy and innovation. While deadlines are met, it's at the expense of employees' morale and creative potential. The incessant need to scrutinize every detail fosters an environment of distrust, leaving talented individuals feeling undervalued and demotivated. Moreover, the recent attempt to shoehorn service-based tactics into a product-based framework feels like a misguided endeavor. This strategic misalignment stifles creativity and stifles the very essence of what drives progress in a dynamic industry. What's perhaps most disheartening is the blatant disregard for employee value. Despite delivering consistently, there's a prevailing sense that our talents are expendable commodities. The company's failure to recognize and nurture talent speaks volumes about its short-sighted approach to workforce management. It's become abundantly clear that QMetry is hemorrhaging talent, and unless there's a seismic shift in leadership mindset, the repercussions will be felt for years to come.
