      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, and personable. Asking for help is something that should not be feared.

      Cons

      Unorganized and no in office HR department. This caused a lot of confusion on what the professional standard should be. Management would socialize with subordinates outside of the office on a regular occasion. This causes the appearance of major favoritism.

      Pros

      Great company culture, interesting problems to solve, tons of opportunity to learn and gain new skills, nice offices and furniture.

      Cons

      Pay was never quite right. Upper management avoided communication whenever possible, so rumors spread far and fast and the truth was always much different. Project directions changed constantly. Some people dealt with that alright, but many others didn't.
