Older work force Not a lot of room for upward mobility or salary increase Upper management constantly changing due to company ownership

Fast paced order delivery with small structure that allows for a multitude of experience obtained at different levels of precision manufacturing. The individuals of the shop are generally knowledgeable and just want to do their jobs.

High loss of experienced staff due to frustration and poor compensation. The lack of follow through in company policy leaves distention among work force and the corporate structure but poor communication doesn't offer corrective action.
