Early mornings, part-time work, overall good experience

You work alone 90% of the time, You can choose to rotate between different stores, You get to work with beautiful plants outside, You get to engage with customers and store employees

Completely unorganized, Terrible communication, Everyone wants things done a different way, Nothing you tell your boss will be kept confidential (there's a lot of gossip between management), management will change their mind on a whim and never notify you of changes and then hold you responsible, no HR, corporate office can't be found, none of the several different corporate phone numbers are even connected.
