      Pros

      QuantiQ has a leadership team who really understand the business and are inspirational. The company puts its people at the heart of its business and it shows. This generates an energy and passion to succeed by those working at QuantiQ. It's hard work but fun along the way with a great team atmosphere and culture.

      Cons

      Too many cakes and biscuits, off set by a healthy breakfast option twice a week.

      Pros

      Good , Fair Management, put the employees first and will go out of their way to ensure that people are happy.

      Cons

      I have no idea if my salary is fair or not, very little transparency and I feel there could be a big variance between myself and someone doing exactly the same

      QuantiQ have a clear strategy of where they want to be in the market and how to get there. A very professional company that work hard to meet the customer needs.

      Cons

      Office space can be a challenge at this time, but it is being addressed.
