      Depending on department of course, but generally nice people to work with. Supportive colleagues. Diversity and Inclusion highly valued.

      Cons

      Messy reporting and organisational processes. No one seems to know how to do admin, despite massive policies.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
