      You’ll have plenty of time for personal life commitments. Lots of time off. Free food. Nice facilities.

      Pointless meetings, pointless tasks, red tape, hierarchical, bad technology, broken systems, constant dynamics.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
