      Pay is 72k-82k depending on how long you've worked here - doesn't feel worth it to deal with toxic new management

      Cons

      New management. Very subtly blocking any neurodiverse allowances Block movement into other roles at QUT Hire into management roles from friendship group externally who have 0 relevant experience HIGH turnover of staff since new managers started.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
