      Quiet, friendly, flexible. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Nothing much to complain about. It was a bit too quiet perhaps, but that was more to do with the nature of my role (not team based).

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
