      QXO is going through an exciting and pivotal time. It's been an honor to be a part of an organization that really values the Talent Acquisition function as being at the forefront of hiring the best talent out there! It's been an exciting journey to be a part of building new teams and being watching everyone's successful journey here. QXO has so many inspiring leaders who have a strategic vision on how to move this business forward!

      Cons

      There are no cons, only that the hope would be for QXO to continuously be competitive with salary, upward mobility and other intangible benefits that employees value upon joining or staying in any organization.

      Pros

      Exploring new places while driving.

      Cons

      If you work here, expect the manager to overwork you like a slave with absolutely no regard for your personal time or what time you get off, even if it's late at night. They consistently send a single employee out to handle massive deliveries that clearly require multiple people. Management doesn't care about your home life or your physical well being they just want the job done at your expense. I do not recommend working here.
