Compensation can be good. Company is investing in more technology and systems that will help operations. Brad has a clear vision of where he wants to take the company.

While there is a significant amount of investment in technology company culture has deteriorated significantly from the Beacon days. The C level team needs to emulate Brads passion for the business and the people. Especially in Supply Chain.

If you work here, expect the manager to overwork you like a slave with absolutely no regard for your personal time or what time you get off, even if it's late at night. They consistently send a single employee out to handle massive deliveries that clearly require multiple people. Management doesn't care about your home life or your physical well being they just want the job done at your expense. I do not recommend working here.
