Being a young startup, Qandle comes with all the fixings of a small but growing team: processes that aren't set in stone but are always improving, a culture of open communication, lots of hands-on experience and responsibility early on, opportunity to move beyond your JD, a chance to really make an impact with your work. It might not be for everyone, but if you are looking for an opportunity to really learn and grow quickly, while working with some great people in a flat org structure, it's a great place to be at! The leadership team is always available to hear you out, no matter who you are in the team and you feel heard. We also worked 5 days a week, which is almost a rarity in the Indian startup scene these days! No micromanagement, just a 'get it done' mentality. You are trusted to do your work before the discussed deadlines.
Cons
With limited resources comes competing priorities, and sometimes that creates a work environment that is a little ambiguous and ever-changing, but that's not unique to Qandle, just something small teams grapple with all the time. If that sort of a working style is not for you, you won't enjoy working here.
