Rather, they will understand the situation and get the support needed to overcome the situation. 2) Apart from striving to hit or exceed the KPI set forth by the Head Office, the senior management team also care about the welfare and well-being of the staff. 3) Remuneration package is competitive and aligned with industry rate. I would say it is one of the best employers out in the market. 4) Workload is heavy at times but it is definitely not a 9-9-6 schedule. Compared to other bigger banks, QNB staff place emphasis on their work instead of engaging in politicking activities.
