Pros
Try to grab you with sugar coated packages but hard to bite. I don't see anything else.
Cons
No empathy towards people, purely commercial and selfish thinking people. I have exhaustive list but bottom line, *don't join the company* at any cost even they lure you with perks and gives commitments though they don't keep it. Also dont get trapped with other ratings as all of them are internal HR ratings, if there is one bad rating then they are going to add 3 ratings to cover up the average, check the rating dates, foolish people.
