Pros
Benefits are better than average. Somewhat flexible working hours, and the ability to work from home. Amount of PTO accrued is very reasonable, and the accrual amount increases over time. Limited educational assistance (which is better than none), and there are many great people here - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons
The company occasionally receives heavy pressure from the "guys in charge" (not the owners/management), and it sometimes makes the working environment stressful for a short time. Some positions require frequent phonecalls from potentially overbearing or irate individuals, which is the nature of those jobs but can understandably be hard to deal with.
