Pros
I found Appsbroker to be a great workplace. The technology stack is pretty neat, working with Google technologies and APIs, Java 7, React and Angular. The colleagues and very smart and professional when it comes to business, and very fun and easy going the rest of the time. There are small perks like coffee, snacks and PS3 in the recreation room, along with medical and life insurance, transportation allowance or free parking. The managers are understanding and trusting, leading to a smooth collaboration. Management is actually transparent in its decisions and ways of working, and they listen to suggestions and apply them, as well as they can.
Cons
They don't usually hire juniors and this leads to not such a diverse workplace, when it comes to experience, but given that they are a small company, I can understand their logic. Employees usually do not work over hours, but during the normal program, the work is pretty intense most of the time. This can be a good thing if you are into challenges, or a bad thing if you're the sort of developer that does not care that much about the end product.
