People in key positions left due to issues with new management and leadership pretended nothing happened, there is now no communication or culture at all. No clue as to what direction the company are heading in or even want to head towards due to clueless top level leadership who are in positions due to previous relationships and are not there on merit and are reluctant to change. New CEO looks to make changes which are positive but anyone anyone good has left, quietly quitting or is leaving due to 18 months of nonsense, uncertainty and a complete lack of action. Company is completely devoid of any personality or culture.
