Pros

You can do whatever you want and no one really cares. You can switch departments or get promoted with zero experience and in some cases unqualified.

Cons

Management is incompetent. No one really knows what goes on in each department. Too many unqualified individuals pretending to be professional. They do surveys and hold meeting in an attempt to show the CEO they care about there employees when in actuality nothing is ever improved and no one follows through. The problem is upper management is idealistic, I've seen promotions based purely off senority. It's a shame because the family who owns the company genuinely care but they get smoke and mirrors in an attempt to distract them from the fact the company could be far more successful if management didn't take advantage . There's a small percentage of great hard working intelligent employees, and a large percent of people who just look to collect a check. It doesn't matter how many holiday parties you do or how many BBQs you put together, there's a clear disconnect on every level of management , between each other and employees.

Pros

The work environment at Qosina is pleasant with a good work/life balance. Most people are friendly and make the day-to-day enjoyable. There are opportunities to work remotely with a flexible schedule. Management is focused on investing in the company, and providing opportunities for learning and growth. There is a great amount of longevity amongst employees, suggesting that people are happy and that this is a great place to work.

Cons

Communication silos exist, especially between leadership and employees with boots on the ground. It is sometimes tedious to get things done, involving many layers of bureaucracy that needlessly exist in an organization of this size.

Pros

Outside of this department, people seemed really nice. Overall my interactions with Sales and Customer Service were positive. Owners genuinely seemed to want to create a nice work environment but don't seem to understand or care what really goes on within their departments.

Cons

The department is very cliquey with management spending many hours giggling behind closed doors but they will chastise assistants that they should have zero downtime. They can't even be bothered to save their own email chains to their orders, so that'll be on you. Don't expect to get a hello, goodbye, please, or thank you. Don't expect to receive any real training. They will just tell you to refer to training documents they typed up and saved in Teams because they don't actually want to deal with you, they just want you to carry the load. The entire department works in awkward silence all day, every day with the exception of whatever goes on behind closed doors, which the assistants are never privy to. Much of the department workload is pushed onto the assistants who are then not even treated as members of the team.
