Pros
In my position, I had a lot of flexibility, Inside & Outside. I could take breaks on my own schedule. I was never hassled because I got the work done when it needed to be done.
Cons
Low pay, Understaffed. Also, depending on the department, there are attitudes. A lot of the employees can't live a nice work/life/family balance because of the work schedule. A miserable place to work.You have to know how to play the corporate game & a lot of factory workers don't know how. Therefore, they're miserable. Sad, Sad, Sad.
