Great job for fresh out of college and trying to get a start in marketing. Very little over time. Bosses are friendly.
Cons
Pay is low and growth is hard to come by. They have no plan in place for how your career path will go and it shows. Expect to be stuck in the role you are hired for a long time with very little pay increases.
