It used to be a good industry and a good company to work for. Now, with the digital age, it is a dying industry. Working conditions are like a sweat shop. They work you in positions 1 or 2 levels higher than you are being paid for and tell you there are no openings. Things are only going to get worse until the commercial print industry goes belly up.
