Pros
Working at QUAD is and has been a great all-around experience. We have a core group of long-term recruiters who are smart, hard-working and happy to be here. They and the owners work with us to keep us motivated and provide us with tools to succeed. They know their marketplace and add value to our clients, our candidates, and to our staff.
Cons
From my perspective, I don't see any cons of being here.
