Pros
The folks out at QLC(as they call it) are a tight knit community, very secure in their dealings, very friendly and can make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly, only the senior members ever dress in formals, and that too only because they want to. Everyone knows everyone else, the office is neat and cosy, and people are very helpful and cosiderate. All decisions are transparent.
Cons
The location of the office is in the middle of nowhere. Less staff leads to more gossip. And there is ALWAYS gossip. It's a mid size company, the pay is just okay. Not a lot of room for growth.
