It's a job. Enough said.
Cons
Not a nice workplace, bench scientists are treated as disposible and not valued. Some of the managers are horrible and rude to people in plain sight and nothing gets done about it. There is no team feeling, people don't talk to each other and most are just not friendly. Man at the top nowhere to be seen.
