Pros

Don't know where to start with this. Colleagues are intelligent, interesting, sociable, diverse, and pleasant to be around. CEOs are probably the coolest bosses (and the most socially conscious at the same time) you will ever have. The management puts a lot of thinking into employment benefits that cater to needs of employees at various stages of career and life, and making the work environment as productive and enjoyable as possible. The work itself is challenging and intellectually stimulating. There is a lot to learn, and learning and asking questions is actively encouraged. Unlike some other ultra-secretive competitors, the management are as open as they could possibly be about how the business works with all the employees. As if all this were not enough, for the first time in my life I am actually proud of the place I work at, because of the genuine commitment of Quadrature to tackle the biggest challenge facing humanity today, the climate emergency.

Cons

I genuinely can't think of any! You could be overwhelmed with the amount of required learning sometimes, but presumably you came here for that, didn't you?

Pros

Quadrature is exactly what you'd want from a work place. Interesting work, kind people, supportive and inspiring leadership, incredible benefits... I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons

Nothing at all comes to mind.

Pros

Quadrature offers a unique environment within the industry. People here are genuinely kind and passionate about technology. Despite the incredibly high bar for talent, egos do not take precedent and there are no barriers to collaborate and learn from some of the very best in the business.

Cons

Quadrature has been going through a period of very rapid expansion in headcount in the past couple of years. With this, it seems we are struggling to integrate new joiners into the environment as successfully in the past. As the business has grown there has been an increasing rift between technology and operations teams which has dampened the positive sentiment in some ways.
