Great place to work - Caregiver Qualicare Employee Review

Working for Qualicare Scottsdale has been a fantastic experience. The hours are flexible, and the owners are genuinely caring and hands-on. They stay involved and supportive without being overbearing, which makes for a positive work environment. Training is always available, which shows their commitment to both their staff and clients. Having worked for other in-home caregiving companies, I can honestly say there is no comparison. The quality of care at Qualicare is exceptional, and the clients are truly wonderful to work with. This has been, by far, the most rewarding job I have ever had.

This is a new company and have had some growing pains. This really isn't a negative, its a great experience and positive changes have come with any small hickups.
