QualiTest is also a great place to continue your career. In a junior role, you have the opportunity to work closely with senior testers which in turn will help you gain experience and knowledge. We want people to grow and develop with us over time and our management team works hard to make this possible. One way in which we do this is by implementing career paths for each individual employee, in which information regarding training's, salary increases, and development opportunities is discussed and implemented. In terms of pay, it is performance based. Therefore, if an employee works hard and performs well, he or she will be rewarded for that.
