Pros
Friendly team, there's effort to filter out "high-friction" personalities. Offers a chance for people from non-technical backgrounds to prove themselves in an IT environment. I got relocation help during global lockdowns, insufficient but a nice effort.
Cons
Executive level is a boys club, zero competence zero accountability. It's great when financials are soaring, but atrocious during crisis (like now, as clients are clipping budgets and forcing layoffs and raise freezes, but upper mgmt are taking home record bonus and pay). Also, since HR was replaced, the place lost its "unicorn startup" vibe and now it's like any boring old grey workplace where people just punch in and out. Work is stalled by spiraling accountability practices, expect to spend several hours each week reporting or defending your every step. It's going through yet another collective dismissal round, and none of us are safe because the main client is redirecting to cheaper countries.
