Fast promotions and great technology

Cons

The compensation team is amongst the most shady characters. The team consistently refuses to accurately pay its sales people and actively fights to lower sales pay when it is already lower than market. Qualtrics hires great people but this department has FAILED to do its job ethically.

We can only imagine what you must be feeling if you feel you have been wronged in this way. It would be beneficial to all if you could share your situation internally with your manager or HRBP. We would love the opportunity to assess the situation to see if there is something we need to address. We do value honest feedback and transparency and understand you are sharing your perspective, however, we do not support the slander of an entire team. Great people to work with. Office culture and benefits are excellent. Clients bring variation to the job and interesting work

Cons

Limited mobility opportunities — typically comes from someone leaving and opening a spot instead of based on your job performance. Can get boring working on the same clients for years.

Free lunch and that’s everything

Cons

* No company vision * Pay is mediocre * Lack of growth opportunities * HR is TRASH! You will not be heard nonetheless * Sales driven, which is fine, but that changes every decision the company makes * Lack of product direction mainly because management sucks!! They cannot even prepare a decent product strategy document for a given FY. They ask the L4-L7 levels to come with product goals that they think are important! As long as you produce a BS concept on AI for your product, you are a star, you don’t have to even deliver it! Success metrics are only for the papers, they don’t care if they’re generating any revenue from it!
