Pros
100% the people on the frontlines. I was lucky to work some of the smartest and kindest people I've ever met. The benefits, pay, and maternity package was also good.
Cons
100% lack of competence from sr leaders and c suite execs. Half of the L8+ org will deliver zero work, get promoted off cycle, and c suite will continue to collect their million dollar paychecks while trying to come off as relatable in all hands and miss the mark (news flash: not everyone can even afford to take a regular uber when their private cars don't show at the airport. yes, this was used as a story from our CEO). It was hard to get promoted with 2 promo cycles in the year and now even harder with only 1. Lots of politics with sr. leaders/ If they don't like you, you wont get far. The Services "transformation" is a dumpster fire. Don't join that org if you do take a chance on the company. The stress and nonsense isn't worth it. The company is NOT hybrid. They expect you in 4 days a week. The mass layoff on 10/4/23 was a disaster. They shut down systems for people before they even learned their fate, and the message from the CEO was recorded. I hope it's not what happens, but I have little faith that Qualtrics will make it 2 more years. If I could give zero stars on leadership I would. Regardless of what anyone says, religious nepotism is REAL in Utah.
