If you have any technical experience, this job is not for you! You are paid the exact same as someone with a psychology degree as if you were to have studied computer science.
Other people in the company treat you like garbage in this position (because it's a garbage position). There are opportunities for progression, but it is mostly in positions that are entry level (Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Support, and Resolution Analyst.) Enterprise Support does the same work, but gets paid more. It would drive me crazy when people in that team would ask me questions, and I would just think that I have the same learning and training, and they're getting paid more than me to do the same work. Pretty annoying.
This is a crappy call center job that is masked by fancy HR lingo!!!! Beware!!!
