Pros
There are some good things like work/life balance when you’re in the office, current manager is kind but he’s retiring so not a pro for long. Helps to build a good resume.
Cons
The company is extremely cheap. They always use the phrase “we’re changing and growing” to justify the fact that they’re gobbling up other small companies while workers are quitting due to poor treatment. You’re evaluated by both deadlines and hours you spend on a project, and there’s little to no flexibility in them. You’ll receive a complain when you spend 1 more hour than planned, and then get a company wide email where they brag about profits. Hypocrisy has no end. Rude director who micromanages your work. Long hours while traveling. No company bonuses and you’ll only get a raise/promotion when your coworkers quit and they’re short-staffed. The client never hears the word “no”, even when wrong. Always a sense of panic and emergency about everything. Don’t go here, just don’t do it for yourself
