Very keen on growth and development. It is what you make of it. Opportunities to explore different roles and industries. Great communication structures in place. Encouraged to speak your mind. A variety of clients. Relaxed work environment. Flexible with other jobs and or classes. Did a lot to facilitate cohesion throughout the company.

It is a new company that is still smoothing out the kinks. No pay and little compensation for much hard work. Tasks became repetitive and monotonous. Not the greatest office location. Very little stability in terms of the constantly rotating interns.
