      1. Very poor at ODM design, design many useless toy to cheat upper boss. 2. Hardware oriented mind, don't know how to earn money by software or service 3. Lots of top managers waiting to retire 4. Don't know what's the future

      Overtimes. overtimes, overtimes, overtimes, overtimes

      Cons

      Building 6 breakroom vending machines are mostly all empties, seems like no one come to stock anything or even care, There are no cups, spoons, teas, coffees for employees...just two tap filter water dispensers, a couple of refrigerators and several microwaves but nothing else for you to even buy to eats or drinks for lunches. Bring your own everything or expect to starve or be thirsty!
