      Some nice people work here

      Cons

      Pressure to hit unrealistic targets. Work life balance doesn’t exist when management lives to work. You get emails after hours and weekends and are expected to answer them. They take attendance and are forcing people back when you can do the job at home. The business doesn’t set sales up for success. High turnover.

We believe that there is value in having time working from home as well as time together in the office. Given this, we operate under a hybrid schedule, and employees are in the office together 3 days per week. We understand this takes some adjustment after working from home during the pandemic.       Pros

      I've been here for almost a year. This place has been nothing but fantastic to work for. My team has great communication and awesome personalities. The term "a good manager is worth their weight in gold" is an understatement on how good my manager is! The P&P team really strives to always find better ways to enhance the employee experience. I consistently feel recognized, appreciated and valued for the work that I do. I can honestly say that I do indeed love my job!

      Cons

      I haven't really experienced any cons working here at least in my roll. The one issue discussed was recognition but that's consistently getting better throughout the organization.
