      Pros

      You can learn things if company is not under fire, which rarely is the case.

      Cons

      You will work more than 12 hours a day with work even on weekends at times. Terrible project management and will be threatened to work long hours. You will feel like an hostage and insulted and disrespected if not performing. You will carry this trauma for long. Theres no such thing as work life balance, its only work, no life. Leave asap from here.

      Steep learning curve. Tough if you are not ready to get into the weeds, learn and grow.
