Pros
none. At first i thought the pay was great but after about a month it just wasn't worth it.
Cons
For starters, they tell you that they are able to work with you on hours/schedule but that is not true at all. you have to have reached the company's pay period goal in order to adjust hours. You have 3 days to get new equipment if something happens to yours. meaning if your computer breaks, you have to somehow find money to go buy a new one which can be hard for some. The whole company is very unorganized. they are constantly firing supervisors & assigning new ones. i worked there 2 months & had 5 different supervisors. Unexpected layoffs- they told me that i would have a constant job. this was not true. 2 weeks before Christmas we were laid off at a days notice. we were told to contact our state unemployment office for compensation & if that was unavailable to us, they would work something out. which meant they would just ignore your emails until it was time to go back to work & basically tell you it was not their fault that you couldn't pay your bills in that time. for my last check, i was told i would receive it as normal. I logged into the payroll site to see when to expect it, but it had been "sent to my bank" almost a week before. i never received it.
