Pros
Quantum is comprised of an extremely motivated, supportive group of individuals who show up to work every day excited to achieve both personal and collective goals. There is a true "team mentality" whereby one never feels as though he/she is on an island. Quantum is comprised of a culture where the belief is that anything is possible, and that optimism is reflected in every employees' attitude toward both their work and each other. The team is extremely supportive of each other, and no one ever hesitates to lend a hand to a fellow co-worker. Leadership is also extremely loyal and accommodating to employees, and everyone from the CEO to the Managing Partner takes a genuine interest in the holistic success of everyone on the team. Not only does management do their best to ensure that goals are accomplished at work, but they firmly believe in the importance of remaining balanced outside of work as well. Easily the best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Honestly, there is really nothing to complain about. Recruiting is an inherently difficult job, but the employees at Quantum do everything they can so as to ensure that individuals remain optimistic and committed to achieving their goals.
