They don't tell you unless you ask but they will reimburse 50% you for your own healthcare expenses, not dental, vision etc.. just healthcare. Didn't meet the owner or even know what he looked like until my third year I worked there. Not a big company either, maybe 15 people in Raleigh/Charlotte combined.
