Watch out - NOC Engineer Quanza Engineering Employee Review

Do not work here as a NOC Operator or specialist. This department has been struggling for years. You won't receive proper support from senior staff because they are also dissatisfied—or worse, they end up quitting themselves. Empathy is at an all-time low. People come and go like hotcakes. And if that doesnt top it of if you got diffrent racial backround you will defintly not be support when it's needed. If you don't beleave ask any ex coleages or active from this department and they will all give you the same anwer. You've been warned. Good luck with finding the right job, your time is valuable!!
