- just chaos in the company, I worked here for several month and they couldn't figure out which accounts belong to which AE
- let people go over "poor performance" when in reality the pandemic hit and nobody in the creative industry was able to buy software (in the time I was there 5 out of 10 people of one team were let go and I left voluntarily)
- no support for employees at all, general unhappiness and negativity in the team
- no mental health awareness when people really needed the support
- permanent stress and pressure, working late etc. (I am used to working more hours and having pressure but this was really far from what is normal)
- permanent change in strategy and approach (on a weekly, sometimes daily basis)
- no focus, no proper enablement to achieve targets
- would not recommend for anybody who respects themselves or their mental health
- employees in India were asked to give a positive, false review in order to make the company look better on Glassdoor
- salary was cut 1 month after me being there, you only get commission pay out if you reach a certain percentage with trainings that are complete nonsense and a waste of time. They are trying to cut everything where possible
I personally just felt lost and frustrated for the entire time I was there, so much that it affected my personal life negatively. When I handed in my notice I was congratulated by the people who still worked there and was told that they wish they were in the same position
